Riot should bring back unskilled player report button in ranked

I'm sure for most people who play terribly in a game are either tilted or just having a bad day, but to prevent boosted people from ruining and constantly feeding in ranked gamed i think riot should bring back the unskilled player button for ranked only. No one cares if their teammates feed in a normals game but in ranked it matters a lot. so the unskilled player report button fixes a part of this problem. for the small percentage of people who bought an elo boost to get to a rank higher than they should or overall bad people who got carried by their friend's diamond smurf can get reported for unskilled player, and if a person constantly gets reported for unskilled and actually performs bad in the majority of their games (Cs, kills, towers, all stats in general) they should be either demoted or receive something to put them back to the rank they should be in. i know the league ranked system already does this but this will help speed up the process and make it faster and better for the players who are actually the right skill level.
