Riots Ban system.

Honestly me and my friend have been playing this game for 7 years and i've only been banned 1 time for 2 days. I legit was toxic for the first game like like 30 for the first time yesterday as soon as i say one word leave buster is on my ass. But legit the rest of the people, the ones in game that tell me to kill myself or that my life is nothing get no punishment for how toxic they are. I say their champion is useless or they do no damage and need to play better to win and I'm the devil. Thanks riot for making me waste 2k over the last 7 years on your shitty game. This is why no one likes your company you guys legit don't actually manage your ban system you let some bot do it for you. Multi Billion dollar company worried about plat games but as soon as someone in challenger is "toxic" they are just playing around lol. Dog shit game. Dog shit company. Your TOS are also dog shit. Good day to the rest of the league community watch don't say anything in your games because they won't warn you they'll just hit you with a perma ban now

There is so much wrong with this post.

I'm going to assume this 2 day ban was pre IFS. Because the IFS has 4 tiers for verbal punishments. 10 game chat restrict (CR), 25 game CR, 14 day ban, and finally a perm.
Leaverbuster has nothing to do with chat. Leaverbuster focuses on afks and , well, leavers.
If you don't report them, you don't get to complain. No report from anyone in game = no problems. If you reported them, you aren't guaranteed an instant feedback report. Meaning they could have been punished.
No one made you waste money. It is a free to play game you decided to rent/lease unnecessary things for.
I like the company. I may not like all the people who work there or approve of actions employees took while at work; but I like the company. (Largely because I can still play "Blitzcrank's Poro Round Up" on mobile).
People in Plat are more likely to be reported than people in challenger. At the top of the ladder, you tend to play with the same people. This can make it less likely someone gets reported. Remember what I said in 3. No report = no problem. There is also a difference between typing in game, and saying things out loud on Stream.
Chances of getting an immediate perma without any prior punishments is unlikely. It is possible, but some really drastic stuff would need to be said.

i can see a 2 week gap in your otherwise consistent play history that started on 10/14, a little over a month ago. After your 2 week ban, you’re next punishment is typically a permaban. So if you were being toxic in games after that, then you shouldn’t be surprised when you get hit with the ban.

If th AS t sounds inaccurate, submit a support ticket to have a rioter look into the punishment.

How do you know that the others didn't get punished? You don't always get a msg. if they do. Submit a ticket if you think that the punishment is a mistake. Good luck, OP.

Maybe you need a break from the game. You sound mad, I would be if I lost my account which has a similar amount of money put into it. Its bs I know. Just chill out for a while. Maybe you can petition Riot, play on an another account, stop being a douche in games, change your behavior, and hope for the best. Maybe you'll get access to your account someday, who knows.
