If we punished based on bad lux bronzies never hitting a skillshot, we wouldn't have anyone left to feed the enemy team as low elo support.

Let's say in soccer you miss all 15 shots on the goal. Do you deserve a yellow card? no.

I don't see what is punishable?

It's easy to take being competent in this game for granted, but some people are really just that bad.

My friend's younger cousin (like 8-ish years old) got a leaverbuster penalty despite never being actually AFK, because he was so baffled what to do in a bots game that he wound up kinda just wandering around exploring for a while.

Yes, how dare a Level 3 player not know how to do anything?

when do you need to be punished and be banned for not being a pro at a game. every one has to learn, people have different learning curves. yesterday i was playing adc and i had a leona support who never root or stun or engage at all in the game. i didnt rant or rave at him. and after the game was over , were we lost i saw he has a summoner level of 20 . before i knew that i thought it was a troll but then i realize he had no clue what to do, was playing with a friend. so instead of reporting or saying how he sucked i understood. we all have been there. if every one got punished for being bad at this game there would only be plat and higher ranked players playing the game.
