Perma ban

Ok so i got perma banned in League of Legends for being toxic. Ok i accept it . But i don't know if i should be banned permamentaly just because i haven't even gotten 2 week ban and not even a chat ban. So why did i got perma banned instanly , not like 2 weeks or chat ban? In the chat where i flamed i tried to say what my teammates should do and buy and flamed a ''bit'', but i don't think that i should get perma ban right away.
