What's the best way to report smurf accounts?
Smurf accounts spoil the game for the rest of us. What's the best way to report them so Riot can remove them?

reporting them does nothing
Report them for the same category you report your jungler for queuing up as jungle
*Do they flame and harass less skilled players? If yes, report for verbal abuse and harassment, same as any other player.
*Did they feed or troll because it's "just a smurf account"? Report for feeding/griefing, same as any other player.
*Did they say nothing and carry the game? Pay attention to what they are doing and try to learn from it.

The smurfing is probably going to be getting worse due to the increase in people being perma-banned for "toxicity". There's really nothing you can do, the smurfs have to play so many games before the system can figure them out =(
They won't remove them, and while Rito will go with this very harsh ban policy, there will be even more and more smurfs in game ;)
