Perma-Ban Banwave

I've lost multiple accounts over the past few months for supposed "hacking". I sent Riot my stream information, program lists, a virus scan (which did have a nasty bug on it, but I removed it), etc. Yet I keep getting the same copy and pasted answers.

In multiple Facebook groups I am in, I am seeing TONS of people saying their smurfs were banned, on Trick2g's stream, his most common subs were banned, etc. But Riot claims that they are 99.99% sure all bans were rightful. But how? A few other threads mentioned (though Riot refuses to comment on it), that Malware on your computer (viruses), can set off the detector in their automatic ban-wave system.

My girlfriend's account was perma banned for supposed hacking, but then later told her it was perma banned because of account sharing, when there are multiple threads of people claiming to have elo boosted and only getting 3 month bans, which is account sharing to its core. Why would an elo booster get better treatment than someone trying a champion on her account?

Curious to see what Riot has to say about this issue.
