Way Too Many Disconnections and AFK Players

I'm done with League for the next 6 months. There is no reason to play this game. Every game there is someone that DC or goes AFK. I am not even lying when I say I have played almost 15 games today and a quarter of them someone has left the game and not come back until it is too late. I feel sorry for these people and I really don't want anyone to have to go through disconnecting in game more than once. It's not my fault or my teammates fault though. You are having the issue and 90% of the time you know it is happening, don't fix it, and just don't care. What makes it even worse is that all these games were my promos and one was a ranked game.

I cannot climb or enjoy a game where a Braum is dcing 5 times in a lane I helped push and gank for him . . . . to have him return 25 minuets later into the game and not be bothered to at least buy a sigh-stone. It's not my fault the Varus dced for 30 plus minuets and was level 9 when everyone else was so far ahead. It's no one's fault but your own and I honestly feel like you should be banned from playing ranked for a week to fix your internet and computer problems. These people that don't care and waste the time of others . . . . really is not fair to the rest of his teammates. It doesn't seem like the system is handing out punishments or even bothering. When it is a ranked game the player leaving and leaving multiple times in the ranked games, needs to take a week off to fix his internet/computer problems.
