Intentional ally champion ban

I wanna ask if there is any punishment for ally players who ban intentionally the champion that you marked and want to play

Because that thing is on daily basis in ranked and it's very irritating

I am not talking about champions banned by mistake I am talking about literally intentional champion ban

currently there is no punishment for such actions. But typically those people are toxic anyways, so any small thing can trigger them and they'll flip out in game, which is good grounds to get them punished.

Allied champ bans are super disgusting. This is how it usulaly goes:

Someone ahead of you in the selection process asks, "Can i have your XYZ position"?

You reply, "no". They ban your champ.

You say, "Why did you ban my champ?"

They say, "Oh It's an accident, I was going to play it ...".

Then, they pressure you into skipping the lobby so they can get the position in the lobby reset.

This is worse than afk in a game. It is rude, unreportable, and ruins the game before it starts.
