Was my suspension justified?

I recently got suspended however I believe that this suspension was unjustified and that the automatic system has banned me wrongfully. To give the full explanation. I was speaking to my full in all 2 games. Who is Lux in game 1 in this case. And Game 2 is completely me speaking to 2 of my friends plus me not being toxic whatso ever and can be taken as a joke.

  • Game 1

Queued with some people in this game and I mentioned, "stfu don't talk to my slave like that". Which I'm referring to my friend who completely doesn't mind anyways.

This was the 2nd game I was reported for, but keep in mind. I am still talking to my friends and absolutely no one else in this game.

First. Did you use the whisper function? No? Then it doesn't matter that you were talking to "just your friend".

Second. You used hate speech and said kys. Which escalates to a 14 day ban if no previous punishments.

None of this is acceptable behavior. If you're talking to your friends, use /whisper -- otherwise, behavior that is against the rules (such as insults and crass sexual comments) will get you punished.

You have to imagine you're on a crowded bus or in a library when you're chatting - just because you're directing it at your friends doesn't mean other people won't also see it. If you want to direct it solely at your friend, do it in whisper or get them to come on discord.

It doesn't matter who it's aimed at, those terms are not permitted on Riot's servers. If you want to be able to say whatever you want get discord or some other non-league chat option.

Yes its justified, considering Riot has laid out the rules pretty clearly. Their rules are kind of bullshit and I don't agree with their policies. But yes, this is completely justified according to their rules.

Doesn't matter who you were talking to in the game, you never go against the policy of hate speech. Regardless of who it is, what situation or who says it first, you are to NEVER say those things in League of Legends. Period.
