Why are so many people in NA community Assholes?

So, over the past 4 months of playing Ive noticed that there are more and more people, in normals and in ranked, that are consistently flaming one person that either got their lane before them or just wants to annoy that player and lose the game. In fact, one match where I was playing Kat mid in a ranked promo, some karthus that was supposed to be our top came mid and spammed my chat saying how I am such a bad player yatayata. Then he somehow was able to coerce the enemy team into thinking I was the one badmouthing him, even tho the only thing I typed in chat was "Can you leave my lane plz Karthus? Your causing me to lose cs :/". I got reported that match by 3 people on their team apparently and by the karthus, while everyone else on my team agreed with me. I feel as tho there should be a moderator in some matches that can possibly see wether or not a player is purposely doing something to urk a player or troll them or something. I was placed in B1 because I lost 7 of my promos, 3 which were my fault because I do suck when I play jax. But I literally only lost the one time when I went mid and it was because of the troll. In fact 4 of my 10 promo matches had some sort of troll in them, one of which was a jungler who went top and only went top to feed the enemy renekton, never attacking him or moving away from him. I hope I am not the only one seeing this happening and that its not all just some strange "Prank" people are doing to certain players in this game. But I will not argue with anyones facts that are posted to this discussion.
