I was playing at 26 ms the entire game and as soon we started winning and as i got my power item spike, i started getting 1000 ms on average and was forced to stay in fountain and watch the rest of my loss play out. Is that a DDOS

  1. DDoS attacks require your IP
  2. you were still connected to the game, albeit extremely lagging, if it was a ddos you would be flat out disconnected due to the fact that by its nature it stops all outgoing packets from your PC
  3. its more likely someone else is using your available bandwidth (a fancy way of saying your internet service allocation) or your own pc is using it all, but on something in the backround (like a download)

And how do you suppose the enemies could've gotten your IP

It's more likely Windows is doing a system download in the background and using up all your bandwidth, someone else is on your connection doing a download, there's just a problem with the ISP, or something similar to these. DDoS is highly unlikely. I use the program Glasswire to monitor my bandwidth usage and can check what on my PC was using a lot of bandwidth at the time, or at that moment so I can possibly stop it.
