the most toxic people..
are of the higher elo and they are just passive aggressive/taunt all game. yet no ban for consistent toxicity. makes draft absolute cancer

Well you're in Silver-4 so I am not sure how you would know. I am not making fun of your ELO. Just saying Silver-4 is no where close to high ELO. And people are toxic all the way through the ladder. I am not in high ELO myself. I have been in Bronze/Silver/Gold and it's all the same. Some more than others but the game as a whole is toxic at every level. I have friends in higher and lower levels at the moment and they all say the same thing. The game is just toxic.
You should chill. You shouldn't get tilted from simple things such as: Emote spams, simple one word phrases A.K.A "Ez, ?" It's annoying but at that moment you should realize you should already have muted them from all things, emotes, chat, pings. You are just tilting yourself not doing so tbh..
Like Crowley said, all elo/ranks are toxic. You can simply tell from watching high rank streamers too, there's a fair amount of toxic ones, a.k.a hashinshin, tarzan, etc.. But they usually don't get banned cause they rage on stream outloud, not in game and riot won't punish for whatever isn't said in game. Draft/Special mode/Aram has ranks of all kinds also, not determined by your current rank/elo (Unfortunately)
