Anyway to report someone who harasses you for money

So, I just got done with playing with a person who then invited me to play with him on a rank team. I said sure, but the team never did anything, so I ended up just leaving, then 5min later he starts pming me about trading skins with him. I said no, I bought all of my skins and I don't want to part with any of them. Then he starts saying I should jsut buy him the "knock-out" lee skin fro him and that he only had 975rp. And that would then buy me a 975 rp skin. I told him no ty and that I would be getting the bad end of the deal, bc I was getting a cheaper skin and paying for a more expensive skin that I would never get to use. He then starts spamming me and harassing me, while giving excuse after excuse like his parents died and that he couldn't get a job bc he had to stay home with his sister with some others right after I corrected on some things that made no sense. He then started saying I was horrible and called me some derogatory names. I know I blocked him, but I'd rather no one else have to deal with getting harassed by this guy, so what I am asking is there anyway to actually report him to at least get this on file somewhere?
