Punishment System is flawed.

I want to share my experience, i have been punished (chat restricted) in this game 2 times. Before this game i was never ever toxic for no reason at all. This game got the best of me because of how toxic can people be, they blame you when they make mistakes so that they dont feel bad, they basically bully you the whole match trying to put you down so that they can feel high. I sometimes think myself that those are kind of low self esteem idk why would you make someone feel bad so that you can feel good. Anyway. The first time i did was a little toxic because i couldn't stand anymore these people, doesn't matter how much i report them i keep getting them in my matches.

Like the first time, the second time i answered something a toxic player told me because when you have 2 people or 3 in every game being toxic and maybe telling you personally bad stuff like %%%%, stupid, in some point you will want to defend yourself since your defender in this case RIOT wont stop them. Anyway, The second time i didn't said anything bad i was actually saying

''guys let him be, please don't fight with each other we need to play as a team'' ''Damn i hate that champ'' ''xD''

3 ppl in my team actually reported me for defending a player that was having a bad match, and trying to calm the environment so that we have a chance to win. Well guess what i got chat restricted and lost all the honor i was working so hard to get after i got chat restricted the first time. Meanwhile they get away with it, flaming and offending a teammate, trying to surrender a lot of times (giving up) and even griefing the game giving away free kills so that the enemy gets fed earlier and we lose faster since we didn't want to give up.

I filed a ticket but RIOT is to proud to admit their system is flawed and doesn't work as intended. So the answer i got is ''there is nothing i can do''

Now lately i was winning a lot, and i went up to gold 1 but lately every match, not exaggeration. Every single match i get people wanting to surrender min 5, being toxic the whole game and tilted everywhere. They spend more time typing and flaming than actually playing, i report them and nothing ever happens, witch is sad because if i answer with ''bro just shut up and play'' ill probably get chat restricted while these people continue their job at making this community hella toxic and sometimes unplayable...

I will respectfully hold my opinion on if your punishment was warranted until you post chat logs. Until thatbpoint here is some general information.

If you hadn't dropped a punishment tier since your 2 previous punishments (the chat restrictions) then your next punishment step is a 14 day ban.

I encourage you to post your chat logs in their entirety, and not just excerpts from them or summaries. The system is exceedingly accurate, with less than 1/1000 punishments being issued in error.

If your claim is that your chat restriction was unwarranted it would help support your case if you posted the chat logs that were given to you.

Please remember, as I've told others with similar threads, punishments are not supposed to feel good. That's the point of a punishment.

At this point i don't care about the chat restriction since its been quite some time already now. I've got my honor back and i been grinding it, i came here more for the problem of toxic people all the time and how they get away with it meanwhile one could get suspended for merely just communicating

Anyway, some of my chat logs here: [28:06] ZeusCP (Ezreal): i been trying hard to make this work but you all just trying to sabotage this game [29:57] ZeusCP (Ezreal): and the whole reason soraka blames me is because he got caught a lot of times, plus even afk

i said the first because they are all fighting and especially blaming me (apparently they are a duo and convinced the third player to be against me too.) the second i said because i picked Ezreal soraka was mad saying ''if you told me you would have picked Ezreal, i would have got another support'' ''You suck you dont know about champ synergy'' ''Soraka is bad with ezreal now we are going to lose because of you ''You suck''. All she did in lane was get caught a lot of time by this enemy blitz and what i did?

The only bad thing i can find there is the ''they into your ass'' thing and i said it as like they really want to kill you, a friendly comment and even with ''xD'' i was chill about it since i was getting really fed anyways.

I got a chat restrict simply because 3 people wanted to report me for LITERALLY defend the soraka that first of all was toxic towards me, got caught and thats why my team was flaming her. I try to say guys just calmn down we are doing fine ect ect. At the end Soraka ends up flaming me too, the only person trying to calmn the suituation and trying to work as a team, i even defended him but anyway i got reported :)

EDIT: Like i said before im not trying to play innocent here altho i think i'm, i came more to share my experience in having many toxic people in my games and they do not get punished
