People trolling the match

Last 4 games I was playing as a ADC Jinx, I have had bad match ups with trolls and newer players. I have had a bad support for 3 of those games where either my support tried to steal CS or feed the enemy by chasing way past the minions and me as a adc. I main support, and the job of the support is to be there for the adc. Supports are essential for a bot lane early game. Their job is to keep their adc alive and to keep the enemy at bay when the adc is trying to farm/score kills. Mid/late game it's team fights that they are essential for the support to help the team. But I have had a thresh afk for the entirety of early game leaving me in lane to 1v2 the other team, I had to sit under turret the entirety of early game due to it. Last game, I had a Annie that was chasing past minions and feeding kills. I want to be able to have a single game where I have a competent support that actually knows how to play the role. I can get pretty toxic if I end up with one of the types of supports I mentioned and I am sorry to the community that has played those games with me where that occurrence has happened. But the matching system is pitting me with lower elo players and newer players. It is becoming increasingly difficult to play when this happens. At this point if I see one of these types of players that intentionally hinders me and my team, I will start recording and I will submit it to Riot. It is only fair to get these players investigated and punished by the Riot team so that their teammates don't have to suffer. I am saying this for all the people who have had similar occurrences and for people who have suffered due to it. This is just not right.
