Perma bans should not exist period, people spend there hard earned money on the game and get banned for opinions at least that's the case for me, on top of ridiculous bans there are people spamming hard r and telling people to kys and dont get banned riot please fix you're game.

What's not fair is when the rest of us who have to deal with ragebabies who can't follow the rules.
Permanent bans are almost always preceded by multiple other punishments that should act as warnings for you. If you decide to not follow the ToS and Summoner's Code even after these punishments that is up to you. Whether or not you believe it is too harsh or not is irrelevant. You agreed to the ToS.
Also - money shouldn't have anything to do with it. You are paying for access to the features of the game. You don't own anything. Similar to renting an apartment, if you break the rules of the lease, you can be kicked out.
I'm also guessing your "opinions" were voiced in a toxic way in a decent amount of your games.

This is kinda like how if you constantly harass people at your local movie theater you will get a lifetime ban from that movie theater. Just because you have money and an interest in getting goods doesn't mean the supplier has to supply you if you're an inconvenience.

By the time you've been punished so many times, Riot is now tired of your behavior and deemed you unreformable and is telling you to gfto.
They don't want your money.
If you think people don't get banned for saying "kys" then you are sorely mistaken, as there are countless threads and posts in PB alone of people who were banned for telling someone that. In fact, here's a recent example of that happening.
That aside just like in life you aren't gonna get an infinite number of chances to improve your behavior, and if you've shown time and time again that you're more interested in behaving inappropriately than you are anything else then eventually you are gonna get removed permanently. LoL is no different: if you've shown time and again that following the rules and keeping your account isn't as important as behaving inappropriately then regardless of money spent you deserve to get permabanned. It's unfortunate but you had your chances and you blew them, so that's on you not Riot.

Follow the rules and punishments will be avoided. There is no legitimate reason for a player to break the rules the developers made for the game.
This game doesn't require you to pay money to play it. It's a free to play game. Of you spend money on the game and know what the punishment system will do if you break the rules, then it's your fault for your own actions.
Overall, permabans are staying forever and are easily avoided if you follow the rules riot has placed.

It's like you guys make a thread everyday about this. Perma banns need to exist so toxic people who ruin the games for others get removed, spending money doesn't entitle you to immunity from banns. People do get banned for being toxic, it can take a while but if there is a pattern they will be caught and banned.
