Report button in lobby

So I don't understand how we've gone seven ranked seasons and there still is no way to report people who are trolling in the lobby. With the new autofill coming out people are taking it upon themselves to say "okay cool, I'm support? Nah I'm gonna go duo mid, gg" Or like my last lobby when this guy picked warwick adc. The specifics aren't even what matter it's the sheer issue that has been broguht up countless times and been countlessly ignored: Why can I not stop the troll before he gets in the game? Or why can I not AT LEAST report the troll before he gets in so he doesn't do this to me again? How hard could it possibly be to add this in? You put the button, guy in lobby that was picked for support says "Nah adc or feed" and spams it ten times gets reported. guess what? No more ranked for that guy and hopefully no games at all. Guess what happens when you don't have it riot? People like me who don't troll, feed, give up, or do anything wrong has to dodge. So I lose 3 lp and accrue a 5minute wait time. "3lp isn't that bad dude get over it it's better than 15." So you're telling me that this kid can can gripe and gripe and cause people to dodge until he gets his way with no punishment but i'm expected to dodge and not have any resource to report him? There are plenty of times that people are already "toxic" or whatever you call it in the lobby before the game. However THERE'S NO WAY TO REPORT THEM. SO HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU EXPECT THE SOLVE A PROBLEM LIKE THAT?

My point is you guys need to add this button because stuff like this happens literally every week to me, and there is nothing I can do as a player, and a paying customer to stop this trolling pubescing 13 year old from ruining my game. And even if I have to dodge I'd be real content knowing that idiot isn't going to do this the next lobby.
