Chances to climb as casual player to gold

Hey mates. I am one of those players who get bored to keep playing the same champ over and over again (same with position). So I change alot. I agree that I am really behind if I play vs someone who is pro on his one champ. How do you estimate my chances to reach gold?

And I noticed that I am pretty unhappy about the teamplay in Silver2 (where I actually am). So I started a new account and start from zero. Somehow teamplay is far better in these lowlevel games (I am really addicted to teamplay and hate that assassine-allin-gambling). The reason might be that every game is full of smurfes from any division. What'd you say - are chances higher for me when i continue to get new classification games?

But I have to admit - its far more fun to make that new run. So I am on the winning side anyway. :D
