Completely destoying my game and still no punishment

So i was playing a game with jax top to try some new tactics and 3 minutes the enemy bot lane got a double kill then varus went afk when he came back he started running it down bot spaming emotes and laughing then rengar started running it down ALL lanes feeding my enemy top laner to the point i couldnt play the game i sat in founten waitting for the game to end and when it did i reported them and nothing happened till now and dont get me started with '' O forums isnt a place for witch hunting.If the system dosent ban them they were inoccent'' and other stuff because when someone gets top post on reddit they get insta ban.

If you reported them and didn't receive notification then that means they haven't gotten enough reports to warrant a full punishment yet. Unless you do something horrible like tell someone to kill themselves the system doesn't just take one game into account. Now if they do it again and the next person reports then maybe they will be the one to get notified. The system works, but it's not gonna punish you based on one game. But i can promise you if they are like this consistently, and these ppl usually are, that they will be punished.
