Should I trust wooxy?

I found wooxy and i check and it says is allowed in LOL. But i don't really know if it's REALLY allowed. I hope that a _Dev Corne_r can answer me to question about this. Cause i am confused should I used wooxy or should I not.And if it is allowed in someways and not in some,can anyone tell me which is allowed which is not (i didn't use wooxy yet)Thank you for reading
