when can i ear keys again

so i got my very first chat ban at 1 year and i feel like crap cuz we all we having fun spaming but i got chat ban and no one els did i feel like i did break the rules but not to losing the ability to not earn keys. Overall I know what i did but all i want to know is when can i earn keys again.
