Can We Talk About This and How We Report Instances Like This

I recently had a game I played where I had a skirmish with my mid laner and my laner and I had gotten the kill. He apparently got very tilted for me "taking" the kill (I played as shaco and ignited) and dieing even though he got caught with bad positioning. I will post the clip if anybody wants to see. Anyways, after he died he proceeded to soft int and take jungle camps the entire game. Usually this wouldn't bother me but I was popping off and we had that game very easily secured if he didn't do what he did. There's no way to report something like that however. I won't post his summoner name unless there's something that can be done about this. Very disturbing though he spent 30 minutes of the game taking camps and quite clearly soft inting. Thoughts on this?

Is it your most recent Shaco loss or another one? Soft inting is not a thing. Someone is either inting or not. I don't see anything out of line, especially in that last Shaco game where your mid laner only died once.

You report it as inting/griefing/assisting the enemy team/giving up. You can also report it as AFK, as they were not interacting with the opponents.

to a lot of players, people care more about looking good and having a pretty KDA rather than winning the game. I play mid, and it annoys me if I do all of the work and my jg comes in to auto once and steal the kill. But unlike your trolling mid laner, i don't tilt. And will even sometimes give my jg the kill on purpose if i know they can make more use out of the gold. You can still report the player, but just note that Riot doens't punish any players unless they curse in chat or AFK (minor punishment for AFK tho). You can run it down over and over and they won't do anything.
