Recently I got permaban because someone took my account and played on it...

Result that person was salty and I got permaban for Toxicity.

After talking alot of time with Riot support explaining it wasn't my fault they still say that they can't unban me.

Alot of person got their account unban... and guess what... They were actually really toxic.

Conclusion, If you wan't your account unban just tell them you are toxic (even if you did nothing wrong) because they give a second chance to toxic player but they don't want honorable player to be unban.

Afterall we are asking ourselves , why is this community so Toxic... Because Rito want their game to be toxic by turning honorable player to toxic one.

Sincerely a player who used to like LOL. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Did you let someone else use your account? If so, you are in violation of the terms of use, and that merits an immediate permanent ban in the case of account sharing.

Accounts are meant to be used by the account owner and the account owner alone. If you voluntarily allowed someone to use your account, that is in violation of the ToU/ToS which you agreed to adhere to when you signed up for the game.

If someone hacked your account or it was compromised, someone has to be held accountable for the account's actions. It's an unfortunate situation for all parties involved but it's Riot's only reasonable option.

Conclusion, If you wan't your account unban just tell them you are toxic (even if you did nothing wrong) because they give a second chance to toxic player but they don't want honorable player to be unban.

This doesn't make any sense.

Why would a company willingly unban people whose punishments have been correctly placed but ignore the people whose punishments were made in error? That would be bad for business, bad for the community, and bad for the health of the game.

Logically, it doesn't make any sense and (thankfully) that's not what actually happens. Riot does not lift punishments that were correctly placed, there have only been a handful of cases where it happened at all, actually.

Someone took your account and played on it - are you talking about a player you personally know or a stranger who hijacked it?
