Permanently Banned for using "3rd party programs or modifications"

last saturday I woke up to a mail saying I was banned for using software to cheat. I have already made a topic about this before but it has gone silent. The topic is in the link.

I have had countless reactions to multiple riot support members but they all say the same:

1. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad new
2. You are suspended for the use of third party tools.
3. Its against the rules
4. We are confident that the ban was correctly placed
5. I am afraid we can not unban this account under any circumstance.

This sums up pretty much every answers given by the following rioters:

But Mighty Ted did say one thing the others didnt say... "You appear to having used third party tools in order to boost your level."

But when I had a Live Chat with Elanvi I told her that and this was her reply: (03:21:26 PM) Elanvi: I apologize about the confusion, your account was not banned for a program used to increase in level (03:21:41 PM) Elanvi: but for a program used to create an unfair advantage in the game

Elanvi also told me there was video footage as proof, but I am not allowed to see this for security reasons. I'm also not allowed to know what Day and Time the cheating took place... ?

I log into League of Legends from 3 diffrence location using 2-3 diffrent computers. My desktop: At Home My Laptop: At Home, At Work, At School. My Old desktop that is now at a friends house: At Home, At friends house.

They dont seem to be planning to take the bann of my account but know that I will never give up. I've been a loyal customer and fair player on League of Legends for years and I will not be treated like some cheap ass cheater...
