We've all lost lp in ranked from just playing games, but then we've also lost lp from people who disconnect and int in games. I understand that after the game, people who disconnect on purpose for getting mad gets reported at the end of the game, but the people in the team still lose lp for losing with a person who disconnects and ints. As a person who plays in low elo and has to deal with this a lot. I really don't think you should be losing lp for something like this.

I personally think that being in an elo that has a high risk of afk'ers and trolls doesn't affect your winrate in a negative way. Both team has five players, but technically your team has four regular players, and yourself. There are four players in your team that have an x% chance to int, and five players on the enemy team that have an x% chance to win. And if mathematics is functioning properly, 4x is less than 5x. This means that as long as you aren't the one trolling, the enemy team is 25% more likely to int than your team. And that means that you should have won approximately 25% more games where the enemy ints that games where your own team ints.

Again, this is on the assumption that you do not int yourself, and you do not do stuff such as spam ping question marks or type negative things to your teammates.

Because Riot's system works on large numbers and over time, if you don't leave or int, the odds slightly favor your team. That doesn't mean you can't hit unlucky streaks, but it does mean, over a couple hundred games, you'll see more overall on the other team than on yours.

The other issue is most people remember bad games more easily than good ones, so it can seem like you get more than you actually do.

Finally, inting isn't nearly as common as people think. I'd wager most accusations of inting are actually against someone who is outclassed, doesn't know how to handle a matchup, or doesn't know how to adapt to changing game conditions.

because people could abuse this system as one player just bites the bullet to save the rest from taking a hit in an unwinnable game.

It's almost sounds as if you're expecting to climb when you have less than a 40% winrate in ranked solo and can't even stick to playing 1 or 2 champions. Stop trying akali in ranked if you don't even have 20 games on her. The reason for why you can't climb isn't because of your teammates, it's because of you and your champion pool.
