Pregame lobby reporting

Is there anyway we can implement a system to report a player prior to game? It's unfortunate to have those instances where I have to dodge in order to save my team from LP loss because someone decided they want to intentionally feed this game. These players get to freely bully people like me in a situation like this. I would rather cave and dodge than play a game with someone like that. It just doesn't seem right.

So, to clarify, you want to report people and have the lobby disband? If so, hard no. Because then you have people abusing that.

agree with OP

the number of matches with people who instatnly start pre game lobby as toxic, or saying their gunna troll or int in ranked is really high.

it always sucks that you cant report them over it. unless you wanna just do the match and take a nearly guaranteed loss

It would be better if you were allowed to dodge without punishing other people.

Instead of dodging, the people involved should take the person who threatens to intentionally feed (or otherwise grief) to the match, play the match and report him after the match. It might be near guaranteed loss, but at least that way the griefer would be reported and might one of those days even be punished. Also, as long as these griefers are "evenly spread" to both teams, the properly playing person's team will have statistically less griefers than the enemy team, so his enemy team will have griefer more often than the player's own team. (Rationale: Enemy team has five potential slots for a griefer, ally team has only four slots - therefore ally team has smaller chance to have a griefer than the enemy team).

Tl;dr: If someone threatens to grief, take the bait, play to win, report him and potentially get him punished.

PS: And Riot please do your job. Many of us players are getting annoyed by your lack of (visible) action. PPS: Oh, and now that Riot is reading this (yeah, sure): Please remove me from the false reporter black list already. I haven't seen "player has been punished" message in over two years and I still meet bad guys who need punishing regularly. Maybe check that your EUNE support personnel are actually doing their job while you are at it? ;)

i posted on the forums about this too. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/H7JtZjNo-create-a-report-screen-for-champion-select?comment=00000000 There are more reasons then just hijacking the lobby for why there should be one. There are threats, there are the hijacking obviously, there is the greifing and harrassment or things like using racial slurs, there needs to be a way for you to be able to look up the summoner if someone dodges, right now we have no access to the names which we qued with. I was told that you can attempt to report without a summoner name if you just say when you qued (date and time with time zone) but its hard for them to do anything about it without a summoner name.

Pre game and post game chat is logged into riots servers after the game and a report takes all evidence of it, I was chat restricted once and in the evidence it showed me being a dick in both the pre game and post game chats to people. So they do include it.
