I cant pick(RANT)

I have been playing on both EUW and NA servers for a while now. Today was the down fall for EUW. I can not pick which server is more toxic EUW or NA. I feel NA, and most NA players come to EUW(like me) and just flame even more here. If EUW is this toxic I feel NA and EUW are dead even. in my life I have never experienced more toxic players game after game 1 after another. at least in NA I get like a 2 or 3 game break before I meet another toxic player or team. This server is honestly appalling. You may be saying "then why the hell are you still in this server why don't you just go back to NA server and stop complaining. the reason being is because EUW has in my opinion more skilled players. but when it comes to teamwork and keeping it cool I say the server is less than desirable. Especially when it comes to bad performing players. I am not a great player I got carried pretty much to plat and do not believe I belong in plat that's for sure but I do not believe that gives someone a right to flame, call names, throw hate and offensive language towards others for performing poorly on a game everyone at some point was new at. some people it takes longer than others. And again you might be saying "Dude you are in Plat5 what do you expect? people in plat 5 are above average players and most are at least pretty good at the game so of course them seeing a gold 4 performance in a average plat5+ game is going to piss them off" and I say to that no matter how poorly a player is performing no matter if you are in your placements or not as long as you are performing better than you did last time why should it matter. I understand climbing is pretty much the main point of this game but do not forget this is just a game. everyone performs, believes, and achieves different things, while one may be good at explaining and teaching the game others may be good at playing and learning. I understand it is frustrating when you get a player bellow your rank that performs poorly but if you do not like the way they are performing simply type "id recommend going(for example) Blood Thirster for the life steal" instead of typing "wow you are honestly S*** you trash can go play with bronze where you belong" or "kys %%%%%%" or "uninstall you piece of S***" or the most common "you trash piece of S***.". I know, you are on the internet, far away from everyone and behind a screen so you can just say what you want and not care but please do not ignore that being toxic towards someone does not make them better but makes another person toxic. On that note I've reported plenty of toxic players but a lot of the time I don't seem to get a message back saying a punishment was issued. due to this if someone who was just flamed at for performing poorly reported that person and no punishment was issued I feel after a few times a new toxic player is made. Do i wish for a lot less toxic community? yes i do. Will league of legends community become less toxic? maybe in the future but from the looks of it not within my game time. My final note to you all is this. If a player is performing poorly, building wrong, clearing waves wrong, or pathing wrong, don't flame them for having low amounts of cs or not building the right things or going to red when you should have ganked top after grabbing that juicy blue mid wanted but you needed. Type to them really quick "try doing this (whatever this may be)" or "build this before that". it could not only help them see a different light of things but who knows they may come back and help win the game for you all because you helped them out. and on that i say that is my rant. and ill see you on the rift.
