The first time you leave a game you'll get a warning. After that, punishments will escalate based off of the frequency of you leaving.

It's a different set of punishments from other offenses, namely you get a stacking cool down in between each match and you get put in low priority queue which means actual queue times are much higher, and you have a higher chance of getting paired with other people who leave frequently. Any match you leave will also be counted as a loss regardless of outcome.
