Perma ban

I dont think that ban for need to ban perma,i get perma because i said man who trolled my game that he is r%%%%%ed.I spend so much time on game (playing since 2016) and so much money for skins and i get perma banned,some guys that flamed me for worst things (they said fuck my deads) and they didnt get ban,but because i said man who trolled my ranked to get de-rank he didnt get ban and worse i get.Pls can someone help me to get account back.And perma for flaming is stupid because there is mute.Help me
