Got report for lagging! LOW FPS! :) RIP PING! over 9,000!!
So I went Mid Zed and then got a [zombie-brand-clap] report for lagging! people have no chill! I told them both that I was lagging and even show them my ping and they still mad!

reports alone don't do anything.
All it does is flag the system to check for any toxicity in verbal / gameplay, if none, the system will discard the report.
Don't need to be afraid for not doing anything wrong.
EDIT: well, it will ding you for leaver buster if you don't fix it soon.
You should be reported for lagging.
Lagging and DCing is more detrimental than being rude.
Did you hit spikes during the game, or did you get into game and immediately say "So I've been lagging a lot recently, good luck guys!" or similar?
I'm guessing the former, but if it was the latter, that's pretty bad on your part.
if you know that your connection isn't working well...then you should resolve that before playing
