RIOT please...

Riot, as a long time player and one who has just been fed up with all the trolls in the league of legends ranked community. Can you please develop some way to refund the lp lost in ranked games where there are obvious trolls. I swear, i know you guys can see the chat logs in the game, or watch how the player behaves or even see the reports post game. But when you play a ranked game, and the player immediately types in all chat that the are heading down mid to feed, and by 15 minutes they have 9 deaths and you have lost the game. You as a player on that team shouldn't be punished for being in that game. Same for the player that rage quits mid game because he is losing lane and the team doesnt wish to surrender cause there is still alot of game to play. Its really not asking for much.
