So I was just permanently banned, I had a history of being toxic but over this past year I had stopped being toxic and really tried my best to get along with everyone no matter how belligerent. I got out of line and some words slipped, I had just demoted along with many other things going on in my life and I blew up. I really don't think that a permanent ban is appropriate, I've spent several hundreds of dollars on this game and now I feel as if I'm just being turned away even with all the support I've given to this company. It upsets me how people can be punished extremely severely for a couple of words said but not for actions for example if you run it down all game and don't type in chat you will most likely not be banned or even touched for that matter. I'm just really sorrowful at the loss of this account as I've spent so much time and money into it and made a lot of memories and seeing it go is just seeing all of that go away. I don't know if I'll even remain playing the game as addicted I am but this is just ridiculous. I just feel people who spend a bunch of time and money shouldn't be turned down just like that it turns the player base away. However what I said was extremely out of line and should be punished but not in the way of taking a whole account away (I used a racial slur) and I take responsibility it's just I'm just sad to see this go. Now like I said before I was very out of line. I feel like riot should at least look at the other peoples chat logs to see what elicited this kind of behavior instead of just perma banning someone solely based off of what they said which frustrates me.

Spending money on the game does not make it ok for you to be toxic

Why even bother posting? Toxicity is frowned upon in league of legends. But what you did? Simply zero-tolerance. Meaning simply you have no place in our community. Money irrelevant. Honor irrelevant. Who you are is irrelevant.

No one gets special privileges here. Period.

You should have definitely been banned. The words that were censored with % usually indicate that it's a racial slur and you usually get an automatic punishment for racial slurs. It doesn't matter about the hours/money you put into the game Riot can delete your account anytime without an explanation if they wanted to (states in the ToS). But obviously you got permabanned for toxicity.

It doesn't matter what the other people said, you have the option to mute and if you can't control your anger, it's an issue you need to solve.

UPDATE: I understand the amount of money/hours I spent matter on whether or not you get banned it was more a declaration of dissapointment in myself and a little in the system. this post was in no way a plea for an unban and I do realize that it was my fault and that I lost my cool and could have acted in a more mature manner. Thank you.
