First off I was got permabanned for toxicity however I know I was wrong what I said but the Teemo and Nocturne in my game were actual griefers and trolls. Apparently If I defend my rights they won't get in-trouble especially when they got caught doing saying stuff that I haven't said like saying I called them the "N" word. https://gyazo.com/eefee3eb4e7b983c2a2dee23394e6b2c https://gyazo.com/eefee3eb4e7b983c2a2dee23394e6b2c. The fact that I always get a suspension but the trolls don't is insane for example another case was in my other account where a Ryze support(Which I didn't really care about having one) kept trying to use his R to the enemy turret while the enemy is at full hp and our side is not. I got a 14 day suspension because I said something toxic towards the Ryze when he was actually trying to troll and he legit said in the chat that he does not care.

Apparently If I defend my rights

Your rights are to abide by the Terms of Service you agreed to by playing the game. The rules don't state "you're allowed to break the rules if Teemo and Nocturne are griefers and trolls."

What people such as yourself don't understand is how your behavior affects the other people in your game. So Teemo and Nocturne are "trolling." Let's say for sake of argument they were legitimately griefing on purpose. Now you start flaming them to "defend" yourself.

So in addition to the two griefers, now the other people in the game (2 people on your team, 5 on the enemy) have to deal with the two griefers and one person (you) flaming. This is why you get punished despite what other people are doing.

Gameplay can sometimes be subjective in terms of judgement if someone was actually trolling or not. Even if they are trolling, that does not give you free reign to behave however you want.

Lmao "apparently if i defend my rights". Could you clarify which right you are "defending" and maybe how you went about defending that right? I mean, you make it sound so important when in reality youre getting trolled in an online video game.
