So recently got a perma ban in league for talking shit to troll. He feeded and was extremly toxic. I was kind of negative to the trolls but not to anyone else. But next day i log in I GET A FCKING PERMA BAN. A PERMA BAN FOR TALKING SHIT TO A TROLLER: Now i contacted RIto supp and they werent much help. The supporter told me no matter what i can't get unban. He even said that the ban was not right. But dident unban at all. He said many times that i was not rightfully banned and he had the option to unban me but He dident. I think this is so BS. Talking shit to a pllayer that trolls and ruin the game. Well thats kinda bad. They said that they woulnt lift the suspension at all. Now after some arguing he asked me to close the chat. The supporter was fine execpt the stupid rule. This system is retarded. People are trolling in the game and i call the out and i can get the perma ban. Very stupid. I will quit this game now move to something else. This shit is retarded. This seems highly suspicious. Can you post screenshots of this conversation? To my knowledge Riot willingly overturns bans they admit were misplaced.

Additionally, shit-talking is typically not allowed whether the other person has broken the rules or not, so this puzzles me even more.

You might have misunderstood the support agent, seeing as how you don't seem to be fluent in english and have grammatical errors... If a support agent said you were wrongfully punished, they will reverse wrongfully issued punishments.

Riot specifically says they will reverse incorrectly issued punishments. If you contacted a NA support agent, they cannot help you. You have to contact an EUW support agent. The systems are not one unified system. NA can only help NA. EUW can only help EUW.

Also, lots of people say "shit talk" when they really harassed and flamed people. If you harass and flame trolls, you will get punished. It doesn't matter if you think you're justified. If you harass and flame someone, you will get punished.

When you're upset with someone, stop typing and play the game.

Can you post the chat with the support? I highly doubt that any support would say that the ban was not rightful.

Anyway you see how LoL works, it defends the trolls at all cost from any kind of "bad chat experience", while they say they ban these trolls/inters it can be seen, that they dont give a fck about them.

Yeah, something doesn't seem right here. If you want people to believe or help, you'll need to show chat logs and or the conversation with support.
