League of Legends Banning System is Literally Broken;; Much like the American Judicial system1920s

So, I'm starting to wonder how retarded the LOL banning system is.. If your being toxic back to the player thats being toxic to you but you adon't report because you know you win arguments because you are actually better at the game, and you point out mistakes hoping that the player would get it together during the game. Instead most players lash back at you for pointing something out or asking them to group and they lash out in all chat saying report blah blah blah. Why doesn't the LEAGUE OF LEGENDS banning system monitor the whole chat with the actual player who reported and see whether he was negative/toxic during the game and if he was, give him no credibility of being able to do something in a report. ALSO, if all I'm doing is being toxic in game why don't they put a chat restriction instead?? AND IF during CHAT RESTRICTION you are reported, then a ban should be necessary. IF THERE IS NO chat restriction and you go to straight to suspension WTF is that? YOUR Obviously favoring certain people and/or the system is broken in this manner. SPEAK up if you have anything to say but this is BULLSHIT.. IM GETTIN TIRED OF THIS DUMASS COMMUNITY OF North American gamers.. They are seriously trash in body and mind ffs
