i have proof (for myself at least) that the report option for "bad names" does nothing

i now got 2 people in my friendlist, one for 5 weeks and the other for 4 months

one is basically named "hang yourself" (just with numbers and stuff so im not nameshaming, 5 weeks guy) and the other one basically named himself "slit your throat" (the 4 months guy)

i found both of them in a match, reported them and addet them. both are actually really chill people and they had no problem with me reporting them.

to you this might not be proof or mean anything, but to me this confirms that the "bad name" report option is just like bad player. it does nothing. it needs a manual review or nothing will happen.

I believe the “bad name” reports are always reviewed by a human, and as such they filter based on the most reported names.

You can open a ticket. I have had at least two (other people) forced to be changed due to my tickets.

Inappropriate names is always manual review.
