His name is <removed by moderation> and he had insane results from 10 games <removed by moderation> Is he a smurf? and can riot do anything with this?

I edited out the name from your post, as per the Board rule against Name & Shame. Calling out people in the manner you used creates a witch hunt which is not allowed.

Yea, so? A lot of people have smurfs.
Hell, one of the best NA players, TFBlade, has 2 smurfs, and he was with all 3 of his accounts in Challenger Top10, LOL (now he is with all 3 of his accounts in Challenger Top18)
