Is Riot even trying to ban the boosters

Nobody talks about this problem but boosters are a plague especially in low elo, maybe that's why Riot doesn't give a rats ass because its low elo but there isnt a day where I play against a player who is realy good and solo carrying only to go see the profile after game and see how previously the match history looks nothing special but 5-6 games in a row suddenly he is winning with 20+ kills every game and low deaths in a role hes never played before using a new champion.

I mean that's clear as day something is going on, boosters can't hide it because match history speaks for itself nobody suddenly starts playing a new role and star winning with huge leads and solo carrying games its pathetic how Riot is just silenced over this problem and nobody at Riot even addresses it, like its not happening or maybe there's some corruption and some Rioters actually benefit from boosting.

How many people does it take to exclusively work on detecting and banning blatant boosted accounts?

its not that they dont give 2 shits, riot just normally doesnt ban for things like this until the end of the season. since always.

Traditionally, Riot bans all the boosters at the end of the season. Come November, you'll see 50 or 60 straight threads of "wtf why was I banned and where are my season rewards". And remember, the boards are a distinctly small fraction of the playerbase; for every person posting here about their bans, there are many many more that either realize they were caught correctly or don't even know about the boards.

With the ranked season broken into 3 distinct phases, I would expect Riot to ban boosters in 3 waves at the end of each section. I don't know if that'll happen, though, as opposed to in November.

I actually see this issue a lot on the boards. Hope they're working on it.
