Can you drop in restriction tiers?

Ok so I got a 14 day suspention a while ago, not even sure why, guess some things were taken out of context (taken as death wish irl instead of in game) and I got it instantly without any other restrictions prior to it. Can I drop in restriction tiers so that my next slip up doesn't permaban me?

Yes you can, after MANY, games with good behavior

As someone who has received three 10-game chat restrictions and never anything more severe, the answer appears to be yes. I always get back to Honor Level 2 before I'm ever punished again, so that might be the reset. And as you can imagine, that's like 100+ games of good behavior...
