Also for future reference, to get permbanned you need to get chat restricted twice and banned once without reforming, in other words, it doesn't happen just because of one game.

To get a permanent ban, you would have to have received a 14-day ban. When you receive a 14-day ban, your account is placed onto thin ice. Anything even slightly negative is enough to get you banned.

In your chat logs, you harassed your teammates specifically the Malzahar and Thresh.

That alone is enough to get you banned.

Constantly blaming your teammates for their mistakes and telling them to “stfu” isn’t helping them in any way, shape, or form.

I read the whole thing asking myself when is this going to get bannable.
Society today is just looking for any reason to be triggered then crying for a safe space once they find one. Really bad toxicity should not be tolerated unfortunately this is just a case of a new generation of cry babies making companies bend the knee to social justice.

You harassed your teammates, and report called. You were warned in your 14-day ban reform card that your next offence would lead to a permaban, and you chose to ignore that warning.

Yeah, this seems a bit over the top to give a permaban over. However, I'm assuming that you were repeatedly warned with chat restrictions and a fourteen day ban, so you were probably right on the brink of being punished. I don't think this would even get you a chat restriction if you had no previous punishments and not very many reports.
