You just have to be patient. Riot Support deals with a lot of tickets and it takes time to sort through each one.
If there's anything we (the Player Behavior board) can help with, feel free to ask. Just remember we're not staff members so we can't overturn any bans, although Riot most likely wouldn't do that, either.
