I just lost thousands of dollars and 10+ years of fun times and great experiences, memories etc. all because i couldnt shut my mouth.

In this instance i got called homophobic slurs, was told i should be beaten and gangr*ped, im trash it was all my fault etc etc, i couldve just muted all and got out possibly without a report, i have struggled in the past with being toxic and not long ago got the 2 week suspension they give you when you keep being a loser, i spent those 2 weeks bored out of my mind levelling a lowbie account practicing muting all and just doing my best to just focus on the gameplay, eventually i got my account back and i told myself i had really changed my attitude, i started winning more games, getting honored alot people loved having me on their team for the most part i felt like. I really really thought i had changed and id not have to get a chat restrict or anything ever again because i thought i was doing good. I had climbed a couple brackets in silver and was really close to unlocking a prestige skin via the msi event.

Now i am in tears over losing my very first league account i had created when i was still in high school, the money i spent that i could never afford because ive never been well off, but this was always my one hobby and i didnt mind spending the cash on it. because this is what i love. Now everything is gone and I cant afford to start again. it breaks my heart to be forced out of the one thing in life thats been a constant for me, i dont blame the people in my games, i am in control of my actions and retaliations, me alone. im heartbroken, destroyed. and im sorry i failed the league community. Last time i posted on the forums i was trying to blame people and riot, now i just have to say goodbye to the thing i love because clearly im not meant to enjoy this game. it says right on the suspension 0.006% of players get a permanent suspension, but i reflect upon the times ive had and the connections ive made with people and i just dont see myself fitting into that category, i feel like all my life ive been targetted like this, someone does something, i react, and i get punished. I grew up bullied and as nice as i am i wont have people on video games telling me i should be sexually assaulted and that im a homosexual and everything else. people react. thats just how it is. Thank you League of Legends and riot games for filling the empty void in my life for 10+ years, once again im sorry for disappointing the system. I love all of you. i hope i make it through this. cheers (also here is the other game i got reported and i didnt even realize both are equally whatever but the first one i really felt targetted and hated upon as a human being)

If anyone decides to read this and is in a similar circumstance where league is a crutch to get through the day, dont f*ck your chances up, youll feel empty, tough words arent worth losing years and years of memories time and money over. once again i love you all. i wont be responding to any comments. i see the error in my ways and im not looking for pity, i just dont want anyone to ever feel like i do if it can be prevented, dont give these energy draining demoralizing human beings the light of day if you encounter them in your games, it will only end in tragedy. enjoy the game for me summoners. im sorry i couldnt do better for all of us

I mean those are some lackluster logs at best, I would contact support and ask them where the issue is, you didn't curse or swear. sure you called some kids trash and said they were inting but that shouldn't result in a ban.

Truly, I am sorry to hear you lost all of the progress my friend. Especially when you spend that much on the game over the years silently supporting it and hoping that One Day They'll fix matchmaking or atleast make a que exclusively for these players instead of allowing it to go unchecked and entice nice people down a dark and lonely road to self annihilation.

Do literally anything else with your time and money, this game deserves neither. Your ban was a blessing in disguise. It feels bad to lose something you've invested so much time into, but how much of that time was miserably spent dealing with shit attitudes, feeders and horrible matchmaking? Everyone has a tipping point, and if you play this game long enough you'll find it. And Riot will inform you that you're a horrible person for snapping at some anonymous shithead who in all likelihood deserved it.

Every game I play now is almost instantly a negative experience and I'm just expected to tolerate it. And I do, then I quit playing for another month with diminishing hope that things will get better. People give up easily and I don't blame them, and carrying a tilted player who is intentionally sabotaging his team is next to impossible. Balance and snowballing is so out of whack that there is no enjoyable gameplay. It is always a landslide win/loss with the occasional game-throwing blunder that people mistake for "comebacks." Grinding ranked was the only enjoyable thing for its sense of progression... but these days it only represents a person's patience.

Reevaluate your interests, OP. You're holding yourself back if playing this game is what gets you through the day.

Everything you typed is not bannable, just ask the support guy what the issue is.

If they had any common sense, they would just unban your account and disable your chat privileges, but we are talking about people who tell you to bring cleanse to counter malzahar R.

Riot has to introduce another punishment for chat related behavior. Imagine getting a life-sentence in real life for simply arguing with other people or blaming them for something. Poor guy didn’t even use any serious swear words. Riot has no respect for such dedicated and loyal players. Why cannot they just disable this fucking chat or restrict it for 500 games. Permaban is remarkably unfair.

Edit: Appeal your case to support team. They might restore your account given the circumstance.

I just had the exact same thing happened to me a week ago. Appeal it state your case and they will unban you. It's very unfortunate especially as a jungle main when you have multiple people ganging up on you, I feel your pain.

I know the feeling I got a 2 week ban for constructive criticism yet my teammates that I even reported that called me r%%%%%ed multiple times in chat and nothing happened to them.

Yeah... its toxic... but these chat logs don't deserve a perma ban. Kind of ridiculous compared to some of the real toxicity and flame I see in a lot of my games. Chat restriction deserves, for sure, but perma ban...? Ya I just don't think this deserves that consequence. I have always judged banter vs flame when it come to people talking about the game vs attacking you personally. I would appeal this if you care about your account. I have seen IWillDominate to tell people to kill themselves and Riot does nothing about it. This is so mild and should have the community behind you. If you really care, make a post on reddit, you'll get further there.

I feel you bro. Recently I got in trouble at work because a customer harassed and threatened me and I called him an asshole. I'm in a limbo now because higher management promised him I would be fired but then realized he lied and learned about him threatening me, so now my department is short (we were already short and I was the guy who worked alone most days), I'm not working, and I just wish I could have stayed silent so this would all have (hopefully) gone better. I'm sorry your account is banned, I know it's deserved, but I'm still sorry to hear it. I hope your life improves and everything gets better.

If that really was the log that got you reported, I am dumbfounded. I mean yes, it is ALWAYS better to shut your mouth (insert nothing nice to say idiom here), but I see players 100 times as toxic as the log you just posted every other game. You may not have done the right thing, but it doesn't (from what's shown) seem like you did the wrong thing.

TLDR: Mildly toxic sure, but not really ban worthy ---- Sorry dude!

When I got my perma on my first account I actually sent a support ticket asking why since I had no slurs/homophobia etc. Except the occasional swear and "thanks for screwing up my lane or you lost this game." type thing. Their reply was literally "it's not so much as you being toxic you just talk too much and it can be off putting for team mates"

I shouldnt have even been playing league at the time because I was depressed as fuck over just becoming housebound with what I have recently been diagnosed with as crohns disease after 2 years. I was playing it too much since I was addicted and playing as many as 14-16 games per day and a lot of them I would have a troll or someone toxic in my game that would set me off. This was 3 years ago when things weren't nearly as bad as they are now with how many trolls are in games as of late. I lost an account with over 300 quid spent on it and even though it was only a year old I felt like my entite world had crumbled around me because all I did was respond to people trying to bully me into a retort. I promised myself I would be better on my second account and here I am today trying to get my way back to honor 2 just so I can get my end of season rewards for a game I don't really care about anymore and only play to pass the time with a friend because the community is that toxic and there's so many trolls it's almost unplayable.

(I don't even know why I'm writing all of this it's like 5 in the morning and I feel like shite lmao)

Point is people like us who can get bullied or flamed into a retort and get tilted off it are always going to get banned, and be put with the 0.006% of people who told me to get cancer and die or wish me a painful death of some sort just because I told them to shut the fuck up. Yeah you should mute them because it's better for everyone but you never do because there's that little voice inside your head that when you mute them you know they are chatting shit about you still and you wanna defend yourself.

Get out while you still can man. Don't stay addicted like me I know you've put so much time into this game and you care for it but if you're like me then do yourself a favour and find another game. Dont get addicted again you'll just end up depressed like me when you snap after 3 games of being flamed and lose months and months of being good.

i mean imo if your a decent player and got matched with inters you have every right to be mad at the system (i face similar situations, check match history if you dont believe me). These chat logs are very mild when ive told kids who went 0-10 in ranked games that their a waste of oxygen and that their moms should of aborted them.

My personal opinion is that riots system is too forgiving of bad players and too hard on people who are trying their best to climb but cant due to bad players. After 2-3 chat bans myself ive just state at the start of games now that im muting everyone and try my best on my own. Riot wants this game to be a team game but cant fix the fact that good players have a low tolerance for idiocy and the system will punish the fuck out of those defending themselves from said idiocy.
