Parties in New Draft Mode
This seems to be the last great bastion of toxicity, at least in non-ranked play. Haven't played ranked in a long time although I may start up again although I'd like to farm a bit more IP first, but non-ranked is getting on my nerves lately. I get stuck with a party of three. Now what happens is they will gang up on me and blame me for their mistakes. They will call me out on stuff that isn't true. Like there was this Warwick last game refusing to help me out in my lane although the enemy had flat runes and I was getting ganked a lot. Despite that we are warding Dragon he doesn't bother to take it until more than 15 minutes of the game are over. At some point he starts raging at me because I'm 'stealing' his jungle monsters when he doesn't even have Devourer...while he's nowhere near the monsters...also river bugs are pretty important if you ask me and it's not like he's killing them so I don't get what the problem is. Anyway, the bot laners get chased down into Warwick's juingle and of course he isn't there to help, but I go and help them. I manage to eventually kill both of the pursuers but while I'm doing that, our top lane guy is starting to lecture me "Stop KS-ing" and I'm like dude I completely peeled their ADC off of our guys and killed her, and now I'm about to kill the mid that's trying to get away...don't tell me that and why don't you use your teleport summoner spell for the team instead of for farming nonstop? These people are just crazy bad mannered on top of playing badly.
At the very least, it would be nice addition to the game to reveal to us at the draft screen and loading screen as a reminder perhaps or elsewhere in the game which players are in which parties. In HotS this is a thing. There are party icons for indicating this, and they have various colored versions of the icons, so each party gets its own color. It's worth noting that our ADC was basically paper and died a lot all game long while from the loading screen the only one besides me that ever got silver in ranked I guess from the borders was our support. No surprise, the 3 that were raging instead of teamworking were just regular-bordered players...it would be nice if we could mentally prepare ourselves for them actually being a party though. I don't like taking abuse so if it's going to be tolerated, might as well help us to manage it better.
