Does rito go outside of riot?(serious question)

So i don't know if this is the right section for this but oh well. So the question - Does riot look at youtubers for information? Now this might sound stupid but a lot of youtubers for example Jeremy "gaming curios" makes youtube videos on league. But most of them are actually educated you on how to be a better player and here's the biggest part, how riot could have done better or what they can do. It might seem like a waist of time watching youtube for hints(i mean the all powerful riot doesn't need hints....lol)...anyways. But give legit points to what riot is doing. For example the new mage items and how low mobility in a kit is used for balance and adding an item like that might hurt the game but that's only an example. Just curious if riot listens to the people on youtube as well becuase they're pretty knowledgeable too.
