Responding to toxic players and trolls who are cyber bullying/harassing you should not be a bannable

As the community has millions of players and has players that willfully and purposefully go out of their way to negatively impact the experience of players who are trying to play the game the right way Riot Games takes a stance where they punish people for even responding to these types of players. Not only does this go against everything that games like this should believe in but it also willfully discriminates against people with social disabilities who do not cross any lines but are unable to stop themselves from responding to such trolls due to their disability. This is a violation of the ADA and a social injustice and Riot needs to amend their rules in a way that bans the instigators but not the people who are goaded into responses that do not cross a moral grey line.
