Riot needs their player punishment system to be overhauled. Before they dish out punishment they need to rewatch replays and see how people don't care about games in the Summer and grief. you were reported in a lot of games prior these 2 are just the games that your ban was triggered from

ie you may not be particularly toxic but you are annoying in the vast majority of your games and people don't like playing with you

Calling and rallying for reports is harassment and punishable via ban.

To answer your title only, its possible to be punished incorrectly, but your's isn't the case.

Just because you perceive someone as inting (which they weren't), doesn't give you the right to harass them by accusing of them inting.
