Too bad not all of us have the MONEY to afford new ones. Since I can't afford to buy another account, can I pay Riot 25 dollars to get unbanned instead. This is what rich players do and none of them have been punished for it. Why lie, Riot does a horrible job tracking down bought and sold accounts, I know some people in real life who have admitted doing this and still play on them.

Riot traditionally does bans in waves to prevent unsavory users from trying to determine how they detect violations and stuff like that. Aside from that though it costs nothing to make an account, and if you truly value your account then don't do or say anything that you know will just tick other people off.
