[Suggestion] End of season awards for unreformed players

As many know, players with honor level 2 and below cannot receive end of season rewards. Those includes their solo queue ranked border, possible ward skins, and etc. Quite a good number of people have either received chat restrictions, or even bans. Despite their punishments, I'm suggesting unreformed players should still deserve at least an end of season ranked loading screen border. Even if a player has been toxic or whatever, I believe they deserve at least the loading screen border to show off their previous rank and skill. After all, toxic players are still players. And if they're good, they should deserve an end of season ranked border for their account. (I'm totally not making this because I got chat restricted and I know I won't play enough in time to grind back into honor level 2).

Even if at best this is a minor change and might seem unnecessary, to some players this is a lot to them, and is fairly impactful (such as myself), as having a border just makes your account just ever slightly more cool. I understand if Riot disagrees with me, but it just seems unnecessary to restrict a players ranked skill level being showed off as they earned it. The other rewards (such as ward skins) should be exclusive to players who played with honor and managed to earn them.

Even if you got banned today, if you actually reformed, there's more than enough time to get back to level 2 by seasons end.

People who are dishonorable don't deserve any rewards. Period. If you can't be a good member of the community, then you don't get rewarded.

why would riot reward players with free ingame content after breaking rules?

the whole point of forcing the honor level requirement ( and similarly the 0 punishment rule ) was to force players to behave in what riot considered is acceptable. its not a matter of skill, its a matter of enforcing rules. you can have an masters degree in criminal psychology, but it doesnt matter when trying to get a job with the state if you have a felony.

That's exactly why toxic people are being restricted from this. For some rewards are not necessary, but borders satisfy their ego. And for such people border is a control tool.
