4 person premades trolled me and I got banned

I'll include the chat log the game showed me when I got the ban, but it doesn't show the other player's chat. The whole time during these 2 games I was paired with 4-person premades that trolled my from champ select on. But since chat log only shows my chat it looks like I was being toxic. The main point here is if you are going to allow premades, and allow them to troll solo players, don't allow them to report solo players. It isn't fair when you have 4 people purposely trolling 1 person, instigating them to say things in chat they normally wouldn't, then reporting them en-mass when the premades are the ones that were trolling. Chat it showed me for the ban: keep in mind this was a NORMAL and the first game my team was flaming me saying I should just leave because that would be better than feeding while also complaining about being counter picked, even though none of them would come to help. And in the second game I had people feeding but refusing to surrender in aurf, they then started flaming me in chat because the 4-man premade didn't want to surrender and I did. leading to the chat you see. admittedly I lost my temper, but it is hard not to when getting ganged up on by 4 people like this. Honestly I am OK with a chat ban, because after these games I plan on just muting everyone from the start cause I am sick of this crap, but at the very least they should get the same punishment, and from what I've seen that never happens. Reports don't stack

Wether it's 1person, 2,3,...9, the value is the same

You got punished for being toxic in chat. The reason you're only showed your part of the conversation is because you're banned for what YOU type, regardless who "started it" or who was more toxic than you by comparison. If they are toxic, they'll get punished too.

You're wasting your time. Riot doesn't give a shit about ACTUALLY doing anything to fix the toxicity problem. They just ban the victim, call you toxic, tell you to fuck off, then ignore you.

For instance, I just got a 14 day ban on another account, for asking the other team to report my jungle and support who were, among other choice words, telling me to kill myself and calling me a "re*****d n****r".

It's been 5 days and neither of them have been banned. Because Riot doesn't ACTUALLY care. I "harassed and griefed" by asking the other team to report them.

Even including screenshots of said toxic chat in my support ticket, didn't matter. I've been watching their match histories and they both have continued to play games.

Anyone who tells you that you're in the wrong for defending yourself and that you deserve your ban, they've been ABSOLUTELY CUCKED by riot. Riot doesn't care about toxicity, and riot doesn't care about you.

You're the solo player. So you get punished. End of story. You're the victim. So you get punished. End of story.

Only advice I can give is to stay out of chat especially when you know you're outnumbered. People are dicks and sometimes there's nothing you can do besides look out for yourself.

Never engage with a 4-person pre-made if things aren't going well and they're pissed off. Follow their game-plan that they communicate to you. If they ping you to go somewhere, you go. Don't say a word. Participate in their bad decisions. Don't deviate.

No exceptions. It's not fair, but you need to treat these situations as survival situations. Pride and ego are checked at the loading screen and aren't to return until after the Defeat screen. This is how you protect yourself from a toxic pre-made.
