Abuse, Trolls, and Feeder Oh My! the wonders of preseason.

Every game in preseason i have had somebody with either: Trolls, with a weird build or just refuses to play, Feeders, a person who runs down every lane causing a fed enemy, or an abusive player who sits there and demoralizes you for absolutely no reason. It is so stupid that i have to report somebody EVERY GAME. Like seriously how the hell does this go unnoticed riot? yes, i get rude back if i am being abused, but HOW IS THE ABUSE BEING ALLOWED IN THE FIRST PLACE. people think it's funny because it's "preseason" and nobody cares, but i play to win, not to have some 12 year old kid looking for a laugh ruin my game. Preseason is NOT FUN. i like to play this game to pass the time but seriously? am i supposed to ignore the constant abuse by muting everyone? i like chat, i get lonely when not in it.
